Delivery
Duende currently accepts delivery addresses shown in checkout. The delivery price, destination and estimated delivery window are displayed before you continue to payment. We do not begin fulfilment until the payment provider confirms payment.
Change your mind
For most online purchases, you may tell us that you want to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have another 14 days to return them. Personalised or custom-made products may be excluded unless faulty.
Return an order
Email admin@duendeshop.com with your order reference before returning anything. Unless the item is faulty or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the return postage. We refund eligible payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent.
Damaged, faulty or wrong
Contact us promptly with the order reference and clear photos of the product and packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected. Where the goods are faulty, not as described or unsuitable for their normal purpose, the available remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund.
