Duende begins with a simple refusal: fragrance should not be the only way into a scented candle. Sometimes you know how you want a room, an evening or a person to feel long before you know whether that means amber, lavender or sandalwood.
FEELING BEFORE FRAGRANCE
Start with the thing you actually mean.
I miss you. I am proud of you. I need a night to myself. I saw this and thought of you. Those are better beginnings than a filter labelled woody, floral or fresh.
Duende is built around those beginnings. The scent still matters enormously, but it arrives after intention rather than replacing it.
THE FIRST MEDIUM
Natural soya wax. Scent. Flame. Time.
Scented candles are the first physical expression of Duende because they change atmosphere slowly. They ask you to notice a room differently. They can live in a private ritual or carry meaning when given to someone else.
The first collection will reveal its final vessels, fragrance formulas, sizes and burn specifications when the physical products are ready. The brand does not invent those details before the product earns them.

Duende is designed equally for self-love and gifting. One journey begins with what you need more of. The other begins with who you are thinking about and what you hope they feel when the box opens.

Duende can eventually move through room fragrance, rituals, discovery, gifting and other sensory formats without becoming a random lifestyle catalogue. The rule stays the same: the product must carry a feeling worth giving or keeping.
