What we collect
When you place an order, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, delivery address, order contents and payment status. If you actively ask us to save and remind you about a bag, we record its contents, your email, the time and source of consent, and whether you later unsubscribe. Payment card or bank credentials are entered with the selected payment provider and are not stored by this website. We also receive limited first-party journey, traffic, performance and security information.
Why we use it
We use this information to take and fulfil orders, provide receipts and support, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting duties, understand website performance and improve the shopping experience.
Your choices and rights
Bag and offer emails are optional, never pre-selected and can be stopped at any time. You may ask to access, correct or delete information where the law allows, object to certain use, or make a complaint to the UK Information Commissioner. Email admin@duendeshop.com. We retain records only for as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal duties.
