Price, payment and acceptance
Products, available variants, the total price and delivery charge are shown before payment. Payment is handled by the provider you select. An order is accepted only after the provider confirms payment and Duende issues the confirmation page. If a genuine pricing, stock or description error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and refund any affected payment.
Delivery
The available destination, delivery charge and estimated delivery window are shown before payment. We aim to deliver within that agreed window and, unless another period is agreed, within the time required by UK consumer law. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or a person you identify.
Cancellations, returns and faults
The cancellation and return process is set out on our delivery and returns page. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under UK consumer law.
Product appearance and use
We make reasonable efforts to show colours accurately, but displays and handmade finishes can vary. Follow the care and safety information supplied with the product. Do not leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or pets.
Law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts that have jurisdiction under consumer law.
